DAY 1

Arrival in Warsaw. We have a walk along the city and free time. We drive to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 2

Breakfast. We head to the Castle square. We visit the Royal Castle i.e. the Large Apartament, Royal and  the Senate Room. We drive up to the Ujazdowskie Alleys and visit the antique palaces, multiple ambacy headquarters, Bevedere, Ministery Council edifice, as well as the Ujazdowski park. We head to the palace - garden part in the Royal Baths. We head to see the wonderful architecture antiques i.e. the palace and theatre on the Island, the Myślewicki palace, the Frédéric Chopin statue and other interesting places. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 3

Breakfast. We drive up to Częstochowa and visit the biggest Sanctuary in Poland – the Pauline monastery on Jasna Góra. The tradition of having pilgrimages on Jasna Góra, reaches as far back as the beginning of the monastery in 1382. The Jasna Góra monastery, along with its most important buildings : the chapel of the Announciation of Holy Mother Mary, the basilica, the tower, the Knight lounge, the Arsenal and the Vault, is the evidence of history of past and current events. Drive to Cracov for dinner and accomodation.

DAY 4

Breakfast, after which we’ll drive near the Wawel Valley. We head to the gothic cathedral of Wenceslaus I and Stanislaus, we’ll also visit  its undergrounds - the necropolis  of polish kings and national heroes. Our next stop is the Royal Castle, where we’ll see the royal chambers. A stroll along the Kazimierz district, where one can find beautiful churches of st Catherine and Corpus Christi. Walking over to the Main Square, where there will be an opportunity to see Holy Mary’s Church, with the famous altar Wita Stwosza. Visitting the Historical Museum in the undergrounds of the cracovian Square – a real treasury of knowledge about Cracovs’ past. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 5

Breakfast. We head to the Lords’ Mercy Sanctuary in Lagniewiki. We continue with a visit to Wieliczka, where we’lll see the Salt MIne and the Museum of Saltworks, along the pilgrimage path. An opportunity to see amazing underground lakes, majestic wooden constructions and unique salt statues. On our way back we’ll vsit the wonderful Chapel of Kinga of Poland. Dinner and accomodation.

DAY 6

Breakfast. We drive up to Oświęcim and visit the Auschwitz Museum. We’ll see : the entry gate with the ”Arbeit macht frei” sign, the Death Block, The Wall of Loss, the gas chamber and crematorium, the ramp, the quarantine baracks, living baracks of the female camp. While looking over at the main display – the ground where Auschwitz I was situated and the national displays and multiple historical displays i.e. photographs, photocopies of documents, prison clothing, wooden cots and other equipment, which was situated in the prison rooms, personal things which were taken from Poles, deported Jews and prisoners of other nationalities. Dinner and overnight in Olomouc.

DAY 7

Breakfast. Sightseeing at Olomouc, known for i.e. its unique tenement city houses, mercantile houses and palaces. A stroll along the old town, where we’ll see : a gothic city hall with an original astronomical clock, a column of the Holy Trinity, st Marys’ column, the cathedral of st Wacław with a 100 meter tower, bishops’ palace – currently an archdiocesan museum, baroque fountains. After this we continue the Morawski Kras caves. A transfer with a touristic train set to the Punkevni cave, which will be visited by foot and with a boat; since the programme will include a cruise along the Punkvi river. We’ll see a 138 metre Macocha Gulf – the deepest sinkhole in the Czech Republic. We stop for a while at the St Peter and Paul cathedral, basilica of Assumption, monastery of the Augustinians’, the Capuchin monk monastery and church, city hall with the city symbols – a circle and a dragon. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 8

Breakfast. We start our day with a visit to Lednice. We stop for a while in Lednicko-Valticki, a palace-park complex. Admiring the green area covered with ponds, which have beautiful lilies, rich forests, meadows filled with flowers and an upstanding stand. The garden and the park had been integrated into the romantic buildings, which give the place a unique appeal. We head to the castle, minaret and a glasshouse with palms. We continue to the basements in Čejkovice, which were built by the templars, which came from France and invaded the city in 1248. The wine from Čejkovice can be easily recognized, since there are red crosses on the labels. There will be  an opportunity to try the wine as well. Return to Brno for dinner and accomodation.

DAY 9

Breakfast. We drive to Prague, where we’ll see i.e. the old town square, the city hall with a clock tower, antique tenement houses with gothic and reneissance facades, a gothic Tynian church, the Goltz-Kinski palace, New City Hall and the Parliment. Our next stop is the dominican church. Dinner and overnight in Prague.

DAY 10

Breakfast. We drive to a baroque Norbetan monastery, with a beautiful church in Strachow. We head to Hradčany – a royal district on the west shore of Vltava. We then continue to the Černínský Palace and the Prague castle: the St Vitus cathedral, with the famous Golden Gates, the Old Royal Palace with the Vladislav Hall, St George basilica and monastery, the Golden Street with Daliborka tower, belvedere of queen Anna, castle gardens. We head to the Small Strana District, where we’ll see the beautiful baroque palaces, wonderful gardens and picturesque tenement houses. Taking a look at the Staronová Synagogue -the oldest antique jewish-prague ghetto. A cruise along Vltava, along with dinner and live music. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 11

Breakfast. We start our day with a visit to Karlštejn castle – built by Carl IV, where relics and royal jewels were stored. We’ll see the historical interiors with a knight hall, St Michaels’ chapel, the royal bedroom, the vault, the old castle prison, St Marys’ tower. Return to Prague. Free time at the old town. Transfer to Staropramen bar – visitting, connected with a degustation.

DAY 12

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport and flight back. The end of the pilgrimage.
